For documents in Adobe PDF format, you will need the Adobe Acrobat reader to view them. If you do not have it, you may get it (free) here:

For Microsoft Powerpoint Documents, you must have the Powerpoint "Plug-in" for your browser.

If you do not have it, you may download it from the Microsoft site HERE

To view a document, just click on the one you want. To save a copy, click on the file link with your right mouse button and use the "Save", "Save File As" or "Save Target As" feature in your browser.
